Its strategic position on the Tuscan-Umbrian border, makes it an ideal place as a country residence, because it is near to the most important tourist centres of Umbria and Tuscany such as Chiusi, Cetona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, Cortona, Castiglione del Lago, Perugia, Assisi, Città della Pieve, Orvieto and many others, without forgetting the extraordinary landscape areas of Trasimeno, the Valdichiana and the Val d’Orcia; as a place to make your own abode. In fact it is ten minutes from the exit of the A1 autostrada and handy to service centres with shops that have all the requirements for modern life.

After the three year experience as a Holiday House, Fonte Etrusca is today a small sized residence, with its four apartments that maintain the spirit of a ‘court’ of the past. The sections of the farmhouse all have independent entrances and a private garden, but there have also been created common areas for free living in the beautiful Umbrian countryside, thus reducing, the costs of the management for the single unit.
