The “Caminetto “, different from the other apartments of Fonte Etrusca, was not previously used for seasonal guests; after a careful reconstruction it is now ready to be part of the residence. It is particularly comfortable with direct access to the square, and has a beautiful veranda with a view of the Umbrian countryside, a large equipped kitchen-lounge room complete with a cooking range, oven, dishwasher and upright fridge; a bedroom with an independent bathroom, a second bedroom which has a bathroom, which is dominate by a fireplace, and has direct access to outside. For the reconstruction high quality materials have been chosen, such as travertine inserted with mosaics for the floors, and there has been particular attention to the decoration with its vibrant colours inspired by the surrounding countryside giving warmth to the environment and making it welcoming. The apartment is almost completely furnished for an immediate stay.
To complete the property, there is a small garden of around 80sq.mt. belonging to it. This entirely surrounds this portion of the farmhouse and there is further adjacent green area of 300sq.mt already with approval for an interesting project. This is to enlarge it a further 110sq.mt. with two unit dwellings or with the possibility of making it into one large unit. The project of the gracious structure is totally independent, with the typical connotations of a rural annex, and has been conceived in an “open space” for informal habitation with direct communion with the outdoors.
With the property one acquires a thousandth the condominium area: the avenue, square, green area and the swimming pool with all the annexed equipment.
